Unlike most thermal performance consultants we are registered building surveyors and inspectors that have an intimate knowledge of the building regulations and actual construction requirements. As all energy assessments require approval for the building certification process this is an invaluable asset and network which is a great benefit to our clients that no other company can provide.

Six Star Energy Ratings

The 6 Star Standard applies to the thermal performance of a home, renovation or addition. New homes are required to include the installation of either a solar hot water system or a rainwater tank for toilet flushing.A 6 Star energy efficiency rating applies to your home's building envelope – its roof, walls, floor and windows.
